By accessing or using IRCTC OTP Trains services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
IRCTC OTP Trains ("we", "us", "our") provides information services, software tools, and related services for railway ticket booking assistance. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IRCTC OTP Trains.
We provide the following services:
We maintain a database of Indian trains and provide information about which trains require Aadhaar OTP verification during booking.
We develop and provide software tools designed to assist with railway ticket booking processes. These tools are for personal use only.
We offer proxy and VPS services to enhance connectivity and access for online booking platforms.
We provide technical support and assistance for our services during specified business hours.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your use of our services and any consequences thereof.
As a user, you agree to:

You are strictly prohibited from:

Attempting to disrupt or interfere with our services
Reselling or commercializing our services without authorization
Attempting to bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas
Using bots, crawlers, or other automated means to access our services
All payments must be made in advance. We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.
Our refund policy is as follows:

Once digital products or services are delivered/activated, no refunds will be issued due to the nature of digital goods.
All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to:
All software, code, and algorithms
Train databases and information collections
Logos, designs, and brand elements
Website content, documentation, guides
Are owned by IRCTC OTP Trains or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal use only.
Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that:
Important: We are not affiliated with Indian Railways or IRCTC. We are an independent service provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRCTC OTP Trains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 6 months, or ₹1000, whichever is less.
We are not responsible for:
Any issues, errors, or problems with actual railway ticket booking on IRCTC or other platforms
Internet connectivity issues, network problems, or service interruptions beyond our control
Errors caused by incorrect information provided by users or misuse of our services
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Breach of these Terms and Conditions
Use of services for illegal purposes
Abuse or misuse of our services
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using our services.
